After 10 fantastic years in West Linn, Dr. Welk moved Cascade Endodontics to Tualatin, Oregon.  We are conveniently located in the downtown core of Tualatin on Boones Ferry Road.  Our office property sits on .67 acres and backs to Hedges Creek.  Come see our treatment room views of Hedges Meadow!
